Appointments & Consultations

All treatments begin with a consultation to confirm candidacy and build a personalized plan. Treatment is never guaranteed prior to an in-person or provider-reviewed assessment. Pricing discussed online or in marketing materials is estimated and subject to confirmation at consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of your session. No-shows or late cancellations will incur the full session fee. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for any special circumstances regarding cancellations.
